All tuning services, products, and calibrations offered by Relentless Performance EFI Calibrations are intended for off-road or competition use only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Using our tuning services or modules on public roads may violate federal or state emissions laws and can void your vehicle's factory warranty.

Assumption of Risk
By using our Services, you fully acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of modifying vehicle systems. These may include—but are not limited to:

• Engine failure or mechanical damage

• Data loss or ECU/TCM bricking

• Legal penalties or failed emissions testing

No Performance Guarantees
We make no guarantees regarding horsepower, torque, fuel economy, or performance results. Modifications can affect drivability and reliability based on the condition of your vehicle and external factors outside of our control.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relentless Performance EFI Calibrations will not be held responsible for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of data, revenue, or business

• Damages caused by customer misuse or third-party software interference

 Eligibility

 Services Provided

We specialize in performance vehicle support, including:

• ECM and TCM unlocking/programming

• Remote diagnostics and tuning consultations

• Custom, base, and factory tune files

• Next-day module exchange (where available)

 Payment & Refunds

• All sales are final. No refunds for digital files, completed tuning, or tuning credits

• Full payment is required before any service is provided

 Remote Tuning Requirements

• Stable internet and compatible devices/software are required

• We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by poor connections or incompatible hardware

• Flashing errors or ECU bricking due to user error are not covered

 Intellectual Property

All content—including tune files, text, graphics, and logos—are owned by Relentless Performance EFI Calibrations. You may not reuse, resell, or distribute any part of our materials without written consent.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
